Hello, my name is Wouter. My passion is fostering personal growth—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
With a master’s degree and multiple diplomas in coaching, mindfulness, acupuncture, yoga and nursing, I guide others toward deep, lasting transformation. My journey began in engineering and the pharmaceutical industry, until yoga and mindfulness opened a new path. Today, I combine Eastern wisdom with Western science through coaching, yoga and acupuncture. My approach is holistic, grounded and personal, supporting you in aligning body, mind and spirit so you can live with clarity, balance and purpose.
