The method

As a body-oriented and holistic life coach, I focus on all aspects of people’s life. Restoring balance in body, mind & soul is the targeted outcome of my life coaching approach.

A tailor-made program is offered, focussing on one or more aspects of the following techniques: life coaching, yoga (therapy), breathing exercises, mindfulness, relaxation exercises and much more. Our final destination is to find answers to your questions. You are in charge of your own development process.

In an intake session we will clarify your objectives and determine the approach that suits you best.

In life coaching we assume that all answers to your (life) questions are already within you and ready to be found. They just need to be discovered and incorporated into your life. You know, deep inside, what is best for you! The life coaching sessions will help you to find answers to these questions, allowing you to take action and improve your own wellbeing.
